Defunct THQ Sued by Sega Over Company of Heroes 2

As if THQ didn't have enough problems, Sega is suing the defunct company over close to a million dollars in Company of Heroes 2 pre-order sales.

The filed claim reveals that between September 2012 to 24th January this year, 20,755 pre-orders were placed for the game through Steam (of which around 5,000 were the more expensive Special Editions), worth a total of $1,345,301.29. After taking its 30% cut, Valve paid THQ $941,710.93, which is the amount Sega is suing for.

THQ owed a lot of money to a lot of people by the the time it was dissolved in January 2013. Sega acquired Company of Heroes 2 and its developer Relic  at that time.
