Killzone: Mercenary has the promise to be the first great (or even good) PS Vita-exclusive first-person shooter. Unfortunately, it doesn’t launch until September, but in the meantime, you could try to get into the game’s closed multiplayer beta.
Sony has revealed that Killzone: Mercenary’s closed beta will have sign-ups from now until 2pm PT on Wednesday, July 17th. To sign up, you can go here (European users should go here). Note that, because it’s a closed beta, you will have to be chosen after signing up. Keep an eye on your e-mail after signing-up to see if you were selected.
